Graywall is a haven for monsters of all sorts. It has no real leadership or nobles.
It is very victorian in its style, with brick buildings ending in steep spires and wrought iron gates. Gargoyles are frequent around the city as well as goblins, hags, ogres, and other monsters. It is not a friendly town, and people mostly keep to themselves. There are plenty of con-men and bad guys waiting to prey on unsuspecting travelers.
The town is one of the larger in Droaam, next only to the capital. You can find anything here if you try really. This is the place where thieves brave enough will fence their items and bad guys will come to recruit henchman. There isn’t really a focus on gold here, as most of the shops deal in trade. It is also not a large place of magical items as most monsters have no use for them. It is possible however, to find or have almost any armor made.
Most of the shop signs aren’t written as they would be in other towns, but are instead pictures. A hammer on the blacksmiths door, a bag on the general goods store, a potion on the apothecary’s shop, as most of the monsters can’t read.
